Share Your Thoughts: Simcoe County Workplace Inclusion Charter

The Simcoe County Local Immigration Partnership and the County of Simcoe Economic Development Office are launching a new initiative to help employers create a more inclusive and welcoming work environment.

The Simcoe County Workplace Inclusion Charter offers a free toolkit, resources, and support for businesses of all sizes to make positive changes in the workplace. Employers can choose from a range of commitments to implement, access up to three free resources per commitment, and receive training and support.

To celebrate their efforts, employers will be recognized for their participation through marketing materials, certificates, media coverage, and online recognition through the County of Simcoe’s social media channels and website.
We’re currently in the draft stage which can be found attached to this email and would love to hear your feedback on the Charter.

Please share your thoughts by emailing sclip@simcoe.ca by July 26, 2024. Your input will help to shape this exciting initiative
