This is where it all comes together. Building on the strategies from Workshop 1, this hands-on session moves Claude from occasional use into your day-to-day operations.

Working with your own business examples, you’ll create practical prompts, design repeatable workflows, and connect Claude with the tools you already use. The focus is on building real efficiencies you can apply immediately—during and after the workshop.

• Build practical AI workflows for common business tasks such as content creation, customer communications, research, planning and administration.
• Demonstrate how Claude uses connectors to securely access and work with information from your existing tools and files.
• Create reusable prompts and projects tailored to your business and industry.
• Develop an implementation plan and workflows you can begin using immediately.

Meet Your Speaker

Emily Baillie is an AI and digital marketing educator, speaker, and consultant who helps organizations adopt AI in practical, responsible, and human-centred ways. She has trained thousands of professionals across Canada — including entrepreneurs, corporate teams, marketers, and non-profits — on how to use AI to improve productivity, operations and communication. Her expertise has been featured on CBC News, where she has shared insights on how AI is reshaping how Canadians work. Emily is an instructor at McMaster University and is known for translating complex AI concepts into clear, practical guidance people can apply immediately. She believes technology should work for humans, not the other way around.
