Hot Desks
Drop in for a day or book monthly. Six desks across two rooms with monitors and everything you need.
$20 for members
Glass Room
Book by the hour for calls, interviews, or meetings that need a closed door.

Boardroom Table
A meeting table on the mezzanine for small groups, one-on-ones, and working sessions.

Main Space
Open floor for workshops, panels, presentations, and events. Half-day, full-day, and evening bookings.

Members Save on Every Booking
The glass room and boardroom table are free for members. Hot desks and the main space are available at reduced rates. Memberships start at $45/month and cover your whole team.
Spaces are available after 5pm and on weekends. A staffing fee of $20/hour (two-hour minimum) is added to the booking rate. Weekend bookings require a minimum of four hours.
Route 93 is a shared space. No booking guarantees complete privacy. The glass room is our most private option. If your meeting needs confidentiality, let us know when you book.

A space that's ready for work
High-speed wifi, coffee, printing, and a clean professional space in downtown Midland. Walk in and get to work.
Member and non-members
Members get reduced rates on every booking and free access to some spaces. Non-members are welcome at standard rates.

Route 93 is more than a building. It is a network of business owners, founders, and professionals who are building what comes next.
Evening and weekend bookings: 48 hours notice. All other paid bookings: 24 hours. Free member bookings can be cancelled any time. If something comes up, let us know and we will do our best to help.
Leave the space as you found it. Furniture returned to its original layout, waste in the bins provided. Additional cleaning fees apply where needed.
Bookings are paid in full at the time of booking.
