Small-business owners and operators who haven’t used AI yet, or have only “played” with it and don’t know how to apply it to their work. No tech background needed — plain language, one tool, real business examples. Welcoming to retail, trades, professional services, tourism & hospitality, nonprofits, and solo consultants alike.

Ron Neumann is the co-creator of Seize the Bay and the AI Together learning initiative, where he helps people build confidence with AI through plain-language, practical sessions. Ron brings a strong background in business, innovation, entrepreneurship, and community development, including experience helping companies and ideas grow through innovation. His sessions are approachable, practical, and designed for people who are ready to explore how AI can be used in real life and business without needing a technical background.
